Weighted Necklace

Flag weight collars are used with halyard flagpoles to keep the bottom of the flag close to the pole and as an aid to raise and lower the flag. Can be used with external and internal halyard flagpoles. It also helps to keep the flags close to the pole and reduce the strain and prevent your flag from getting tangled, therefore, increasing the life span of your flag. Necklaces are lead weighted.
